Paul - 14:30 RX'd205# Free Bench Press70# KB SDHPI was impressed. Did Bench unbroken the first 3 rounds and broke up 5/1 and 4/2 respectively. Would have been able to get all if I had a spotter. It really is different using isolated muscles only, but I felt as though I had alot of stregnth all the way through.
