Thanks, I never complian about my legs, cuz they have always been my strongest part of my body!!! Though this WOD put me down. I'm still sweating 4 hours later....
30:4520" Box JumpVery hard. Burpees actually weren't too bad. Toes 2 bar were the most difficult. After the first round, it was hard to keep my grip on the bar. A reverse grip may have helped, but my elbow won't allow me to do that!
