This was a bit brutal!!! The Burpess were the worst, To many Bj's this week, as for the Toes 2 bar that was pretty good. I used reversed grip on the bar, and it help. As for the TIME!!!

This was a bit brutal. 100 Reps of each exercise. I agree with Leslie, the Burpees were tough on the core after T2B. I got a good sweat on though.

Thanks, I never complian about my legs, cuz they have always been my strongest part of my body!!! Though this WOD put me down. I'm still sweating 4 hours later....

20" Box Jump

Very hard. Burpees actually weren't too bad. Toes 2 bar were the most difficult. After the first round, it was hard to keep my grip on the bar. A reverse grip may have helped, but my elbow won't allow me to do that!
