Paul - 7 Rounds RX'd
Finished @ 14:53
135#

This was a very tough WOD. I just pushed as I was challenged to get 7 rounds. I did this at 2:00 in the afternoon and felt hot.

I did Thur WOD, I have some catching up to do!!
On my warm up I did 10 Good mornings and thought they where a bit to easy. So I made my own Extenion bench: stacking up my Large Box and small Box, resting my feet under my bumbbell top rack; which was a perfect hight and then extended over the Box. Not sure which is the hardest; Good mornings or Regular Back extenins? The run killed me at 10:00 this morning!!!

3 Rds

800mm Run
50 Regular Back Ext
50 Situps

29:59 Yuk!!!

Leslie, The Good Mornings may feel easy and you may be able to do all of them in a row, but your hamstrings will be on fire tomorrow. Try them.

6 rounds + 200m run @ 15:14
60# Push press
60# Deadlift

This was a good WOD. 60# was a good weight for the push press.
