I did yesterdays WOD; and ran this morning! This was a little different combo. Forgot that you u can use a band for the Dips. It would of been a lot easier>>>>. The lunges were a killer on my knees! Used reverse grip on Toes to Bar.7 Ring Dips7 Toes 2 Bar14 Jumping Lunges7 Rounds + 2 Dips @ 12:03Then ran from my house, around South lake and back...about 14mins. not bad for an old lady!!!
