Dude. I'm already super buff, but am looking for ways to make me even buffer.

My normal routine includes bench pressing my tooth brush, a couple of 200 lbs squats--when I have the feeling--and a couple of 20 oz curls when I'm depressed.

Okay, seriously for a minute...how do I start if I am a fat, lazy, slob? What are some beginner excersices?
