Glad you weren't up when I got up!! This one doen't look like fun! No post so i did Fridays WOD. Sure was a shoulder burner!!! Made the mistake and did a 5k run before hand!!

Squat Cleans .75X's BW (150#)
I weighed in at 202#

I am very happy with my performance. I pretty much did 25# more in everything compared to last time. Also 55 deadlifts at 300# was brutal and wanted to make sure I kept great form. The bench felt easiest (surprised) and the Squat Cleans were tough at 150#. They became easier during the WOD and was able to do 3 in a row most the time. These were the heaviest I have ever done.

I believe Robbys previous time was around 33:00 and he only used 135# on DL's, 175# on BP and 95# on SC's.
