Paul - 27:05Deadlift 1.5X's BW (300#)Bench Press 1X's BW (200#)-(210# on Smith Machine)Squat Cleans .75X's BW (150#)I weighed in at 202#I am very happy with my performance. I pretty much did 25# more in everything compared to last time. Also 55 deadlifts at 300# was brutal and wanted to make sure I kept great form. The bench felt easiest (surprised) and the Squat Cleans were tough at 150#. They became easier during the WOD and was able to do 3 in a row most the time.
