burpees
box jumps
Toes 2 bar

20" Box Jump

Very hard. Burpees actually weren't too bad. Toes 2 bar were the most difficult. After the first round, it was hard to keep my grip on the bar. A reverse grip may have helped, but my elbow won't allow me to do that!
