Same weight used.

I will say it again. This is one of the hardest WODS. RX'd weight should be 135# on Thrusters and 245# on deadlifts.

Did not come close to beating my previous time of 30:00. Did the same weight:
60# thrusters
115# DL
45# KB (used dumbell)

I think I paced myself a little more on the first half because I knew how hard of a WOD this is.
