9:2350lbsDid this with Jen yesterday...got some pretty good squat snatches in and...some not so good. Overall was ok; MAYBE could do 60lbs next time...I liked doing the burpees over the bar.Thanks Jen; you did great! :0)
Nice job with this one guys, snatches are NOT my favorite!! I did Sundays WOD this morning, cuz there was no post that early Ha Ha! Tough on the shoulders I must say. My left one is not so good these days. Upper body is very sore!!!!What are BURPEES OVER THE BAR???AMRAP in 20mins2 MU's (Sub 2dips/2pullups for each)4 HSPU8 KB's 30#'s10 Rounds>>>>
Nice Job Leslie. Burpees over the bar is: Do a burpee parallel to the bar (w/ weights) and when you get up jump laterally over the bar to the other side of the bar. Do another Burpee and jump back over again and so on.
10:2350#I need a lot of work on squat snatches. Probably should have done 45# for better form. Could not do the squat snatch. Pretty much power snatched then went into OHS. I was impressed with Krista, it looked like she was getting the movement down pretty well!
