Felt good after this workout. Couln't catch my breath!!! Crapy time, my row was slow!! Thank you Paul, WOD with you are a challenge for me all by itself Ha Ha!!!

I was dying by the 3rd round. Did all KBs unbroken. Had to break K2E into sets of 5. Did this with Krista - thanks for joining in the sweat fest with me, you did awesome!

Row just kills me...KB's unbroken 1st & 3rd round...had to catch my breath and only got to 14 in the 2nd round. K2E were ok; 2nd and 3rd rounds I did 10 and tried to do 10 again but made it to 6 & 7 respectively and then finished up. Pushups were gruesome... Jen, as always, it is a pleasure to get my butt kicked by you! Thanks - you rock! :-)
