Well, my hands are ripped open again (they just healed!) after my WOD yesterday (Sunday's WOD) with 100 pullups. Not too happy about it. Since I can't do pullups decided to practice something I suck at (OHS). 5 rounds400m run15 Overhead Squats (50#)Time: 22:16I really wasn't going for time on this WOD. Just focused on form and getting a deep squat. The weight was good. Previous times: 15:51 (45#) 4/19/1014:21 (35#) 12/30/09
Nicely done Jen with the OHS, one of my worst. My upper body still is sore from Sundays pullups!! Hands are fine, you need to build up some calluses on your hands girl ha ha!!Come and help me dig up my yard, that ota do it!!!
