AMRAP in 20 Minutes
7 Back Squats (110#/185#)
10 Right Handed Overhead Walking Lunges (25#/45#)
7 Burpees
10 Left Handed Overhead Walking Lunges (25#/45#)

I really liked this workout. I tried 25#'s on the OH lunges but it was a bit to much, with two arms maybe, but not with just one, to off balance. I was pleased with the out come!!!!

BS - @70#'s First RD (Then Had to drop to 65#'s)

This was an extremely hard WOD. My legs were jello for the rest of the day. The OH lunges difficult but really liked them due to the significant use in the core.

Wow, I don't think I have ever dripped so much sweat during a WOD. The back squats actually felt pretty good (haven't done these much) although my legs are definitely toast for the day and I am sure will be sore tomorrow. The lunges got me after about the 4th or 5th round and were definitely more challenging with the left arm.
