I also did Friday's WOD, but did the AMRAP in 10 minutes. Got 4 complete rounds in 10:30 with 65# squat cleans and singles (96 per rnd). The pullups felt like they took the longest amount of time per round. Leslie- Great job! You did 3 rounds + SC for the AMRAP and then today completed 3 rounds adding in the snatch, C&J, and situps in the same amount of time!I was hoping to do a group evening WOD on wednesday evening for those available and possibly Saturday morning. Let me know if interested.
