2 Muscle Ups (2 - 4 Pullups and 2 - 4 Ring Dips per MU)
8 Kettlebell Swings (44#/70#)

This was an extremely tough WOD. I have been wanting to do it and do not care to do it for a while. It was a shoulder killer to say the least. The Muscle Ups went well although I had to give everything I had. I only failed the very last one trying to get 2 on the 13th round before 20 minutes. HSPU's sucked. I had to break them up starting on the second round. I did singles the last 2 or 3 rounds. KB swings were unbroken but had to use my core.
