25 Back Extensions (30#/45# Good Mornings)
20 Deadlifts (120#/205#)

If you can't do back extensions then place a bar on your shoulders (as if you were doing back squats) and do Good Mornings. They are basically straight legged deadlifts (standing back extensions).

I did this yesterday and I am sore today from shoulders to calves on the back side of the my body. The last set of DL's were rough.

Was a rest for me. Dug in my yard for active rest, I'm not sure why they call it that cuz I couldn't find any rest in that!!! Ha Ha
