14:4065lbs PP Pullups, purple band.By the 5th round my forearms were numb. Thought about trying 70lbs but just wasn't sure. 60lbs is the most I have done before on PP. Pullups were strong with the purple band; got my chin up and over the bar very well. A big THANKS to Leslie (and her family) for the use of their garage! I had to get at least one of these pull up wod's done! :-)
12:4060#Good WOD. Probably should have used 65# for push press...would have made it a lot harder. Pullups felt strong...still can't do chest-to-bar though.
