I rested Sat/Sun and my hands are just getting better from the burpee pullups...So, this morning I did:
WOD from 07/10/10
For time:
1.25 mile run
25 Pushups
25 Burpees
25 Squats
25 Situps

Took too long; 17:21...

Thanks for the WOD this evening. You ladies once again hauled A..s! My glasses wounldn't stay on cuz there was so much sweat pouring off!!
