Paul, that WOD was one of Dan's concoctions. For some reason he loves (If I can say love) doing 10 to 1 WODs. They kill me every time. It is definitely a killer WOD. Jen I was trying to make sure that Dan didn't lap me! Hehe Welcome home to the valley of heat!!!!! :)
