This was a shoulder killer. Pushups like this activate the shoulders a bunch. Towel pullups are hard as hell. Great WOD!

This was nuts!! Pushups were tough, was able to release hands maybe every two pushups!! Towel pullups where fun, did well on thoses. OH Squats not so great. Nice WOD!!

I am getting better with the OHS form. I think the barbell vs. preweighted barbell- barbell is better I have a wider grip. Just a brutal workout on the chest and arms.

Towel pullups with purple band

Very tough WOD. It really does kill your grip. My wrists are aching. Did OK on OHS, first round did 11 in row then 10, 2nd rnd 11-10, 3rd rnd 8-5-6-2 (that last rnd was a killer)!
