Krista Did yesterday's wod this morning.Rx'd; however, sub'd WB with Thrusters (45lb) and Row with Jump Rope (avg calories burned in one minute is 11).1st round 23, 24, 19, 22, 11 (140 singles)2nd round 21, 23, 18, 22, 11 (130 singles)3rd round 22, 23, 16, 20, 10 (125 singles)286 (previous 223) Thrusters and Box jumps were the most tiring; especially the box jumps. Watching the crossfit games gave me some inspiration and did some deep yoga breathing during the one minute break to recharge my shoulders...seemed to help.
