For time:
1.25 mile run (around North Lake)
25 Pushups
25 Burpees
25 Squats
25 Situps

You may break this up any way you want. Strategize and make it fun. Time is once everything is completed.

This was done in the Sierra's with much incline.
25 Burpees, 15 Situps and ran 200M
15 Pushups and ran 400M.
25 Squats and ran 400M.
10 Pushups and ran 1000M
10 Situps.

This was a good workout, especially with the hills factored in on the run. Started with the 25 situps, 200m run, 25 burpees, 400m run, 15 squats, 400m run, 10 squats, 800m run, 25 pushups, 200m run.

Previous time at home was 13:48
