400m run
15 Box Jumps (24"/20")
15 Dumbell Squat Cleans (45#/25#)
30 Double Unders (120 singles)
15 Pushups
15 GHD (Situps)
100 ft. Lunges

This was one of the CF Games team events. Box Jumps required you to jump from 1 side to the other.
Pushups = Lower body completely on the ground, lift both hands from the ground (can be an inch), then place hands back on ground and push up. This is 1 pushup and go as fast as you can.

This was a longer workout than I anticipated. The squat cleans were tough. I was not able to do them unbroken.

This did take longer than I thought it would. I love doing pushups the new way.

This was brutal!!! I just about past out,and I had a protein shake 30m before!! The BJ where the worst in this WOD for me. Only could do two Pushups off the ground, hurts my shoulder; did them Cht2GR. Not sure what GHD Situps are??? Just did normal situps.

Will have to save this for another day...I don't have dumbells though...anyway, needed a simple wod today so I did:

150KB (35lb; most I have)
200m run each time you put down KB

14:09; I ran at least 6 times; did this around 2:00 p.m. and did a 75 minute yoga class at 10:45 a.m. The heat/humidity is brutal...
