This was my 3rd WO in a row today! This felt good. Used the metal weights which make this WO a bit harder; cuz the bar is not at Bumper height,you have to reach lower. Looking forward to my REST DAY tomorrow!!!!

I actually used 80# on this workout! I added 2.5#s to each side.
This was harder than I thought it would be and targeted the hams and glutes.
Good workout.
