25 Double Unders (100 Singles)
500M Row

If no sandbag ladies use 2 10# DB and men use 2 20# DB.
Please row and do not Sub SDHP for Row. If no row machine, just run 400M without a Sandbag.

Workout was harder than I thought it would be. First round of double unders were horrible and took forever. The next 3 rounds of double unders were my best yet and unbroken.

Will do this WOD tommrow. need to do this one as early as possible, to hot.Should be a 7:00am WO!! My son wanted to join me and Rachel this morning. All did something different. I wasn't sure what to use for wieght with my WO.
