15 Handstand Pushups
20 Squat Cleans (95#/155#)
800M Run

Sub MUs with 2, 3 or 4 each of Pullups and Dips for every 1 Muscle Up.

I am very happy with my time. I was shooting for under 20'. I had never done 155# SC before and was able to do the first 5. Felt good.

This was very hard for me today,sore from yesterdays WO!! MUs where hard,not able to do a full body hang and pull up;I have to touch ground with toe and then push up, Was able to complete all HSPU without stopping.Squats Cls made my biscuits BURN, could only do 2 at a time!!! The run was nice, yes PAUL I enjoyed the run.
