after each set of C&Js

26:35 Interesting in that there is less time between the rounds of pushups/squats/ situps but you're not as tired from doing C&Js.
Use a couple of additional pounds on the C&J next time.

I thought that 5 rounds would have been good on this workout, but I couldn't wimp out when I was so close to finishing...I don't think I could have done one more squat clean.
