Sorry I missed you again ladies, though week for me. Today I worked out with my Husband for the FIRST TIME!!! He wanted to do a work plan he read in Mens Health, so we did. Its start out with similier movements as we do; They are Dumbbell swings instead of a full KB swing you must swing DB's only to shoulder hight, then switch arms to complete the set. Looks like fun. So do you hold the weight at your side and swing up to shoulder height? I am SORE form the last 2 days workouts. My legs and calves from yesterday and arms from the day before with the push press.
You would hold the DB between your legs and hold it parallel in your hand and swing like you would the KB,but up to shoulder height only. Call me if u like.
