Thanks for the WOD Robby and thanks to Jen for facilitating us getting together.

Not sure of my exact time, about 20:30. Jen, please post our times. 65# SDHP. Good workout. My burpees still stink and I've lost a little ground on the SDHP. Situps felt strong. Rowing was okay, but exhausting.

It was AWESOME working with you all today. Hope to see you tomorrow.

That was a good workout. It was a good to do with "the gang". Everyone did great and we were all pretty close in time.

Hey!! That was fun...thank you Jen! Great to see and workout with you all! I wimped out and did only 50lbs on my SDHP...good job with 55 ladies. The row was the killer; the 3rd row was the worst for me didn't think I was going to finish...

Holy Moley!
This was my first workout from you guys (new to crossfit) and I loved it! However, I felt like I was going to suffer a syncopal episode ;)My issue was my belly getting in the way during the burpees (I'm working on it). Thank you.

easy workout...ha!ha! Great for the sweet glads....!! I think I could of used 60#'s,will try it next time. should b there bright and early tommorow. Thanks, great job everyone, you all look so good. As for me, well I have gained about 8#'s since we have not met on a regular basis.
