Was looking for a better time, but was still sore/tired from wod's of Fri/Sat with Jen. Also, didn't help that Talbot (our dog) tripped me up while I was doing my burpees - he ran under me while I was going down to the ground...and I hit my chin with bar on the SDHP's! Ha! Good times!

I don't think I have ever done this WOD before. I was definitely afterwards but recovered quickly.
