AMRAP 20 minutes (114 today!!)5 push ups7 box jumps (20")9 Thrusters (60lbs) sub'd for Wallballs.Not sure if I used to much weight on the TH to sub for WB's, but this was a good wod for me. Also, the first 4 rounds I was doing 9 BJ's by accident...oops.(This was a wod from 08/09/09)

Good idea to sub thrusters 4 WB's, never thought of that!! Great job. Might try this one Thursday. I think 10rds might be out of the question for me, you have set the stakes to high LOL!!!
