AMRAP 20 minutes (114 today!!)
5 push ups
7 box jumps (20")
9 Thrusters (60lbs) sub'd for Wallballs.

Not sure if I used to much weight on the TH to sub for WB's, but this was a good wod for me. Also, the first 4 rounds I was doing 9 BJ's by accident...oops.(This was a wod from 08/09/09)

Good idea to sub thrusters 4 WB's, never thought of that!! Great job. Might try this one Thursday. I think 10rds might be out of the question for me, you have set the stakes to high LOL!!!

75 minute yoga class in morning...

Times were horrible, but it was 117 in Goodyear; we did this @ 6 p.m. Felt good when we were DONE...
