Did yesterdays WOD today. I liked this one with less reps, cuz I was able to use more weight then last time. Great sweet workout again. I dont have anything heavier then a 30# DB to use.4 Rounds400m Run 15 KB's 30#'s All 15 completed each rd10 DL's 70#'s All 10 completed each rd5 Cls 70#'s Two in a row16:45 Prv (16:26 with 60#'s)After WOD today H/C'd 70#'s followed by 3 Push Presses in a row
Mendi:I did yesterday WOD also. I was a little worried since this was my 1st workout in a week because I have been sick.16:40KB 35#DL and SC 70#I was hurtin for certain after this.
Krista20:23(?)60lbs PP20" BJThis was tough! The first round of push press was hard; my legs were already wobbly from the first row! Felt better on the 2nd set and just pushed through the 3rd...had to fight to keep up with Jen!! Thanks very much for the wod. Hey Paul - was nice to see you - and fun to SC 70# and 80#'s; next time we will get 80# overhead, eh Jen...?!? :-)
24:1260# PP20" BJKrista - your time was 24:23. Nice job. We were pretty much neck and neck the entire time. I pulled a little ahead on the 2nd round, then Krista caught me on the 3rd round of push press. Doing that many reps of push press with 60# was tough. I put the weight down 4 times on the last round. SC'd and C&J'd 70#. Then SC'd 80# - wasn't about to attempt it overhead.
