This was very intense,I was fryed by RD 5!!! The weight for me has been a challege, it's the heaviest I've used over head, but its getting better. Pullups are stronger, chin is getting closer to the Bar, ha ha!! Did not do this WOD with group last time.
Hey all. It's been a while. Still working on getting weigths and a pullup bar. All that said, time to get back to some timed exercise routines. I'll add weights and pull ups as they come into the picture.
Today: 120 jump rope singles, then 18,15,12,9,6 of burpees, squats, situps 12:11 now a 5K
Krista C&J's 60lbs; jumping(ish) pullups. 19:55 (w/ 10th round of Cindy) Previous was 18:55 (60lbs/red band)don't know if we ended on C&J's or Cindy last time...Way to go with 65lbs Leslie; that would have been very hard, I was working pretty hard with 60lbs.

Previos time: 20:03 60# reps starting at 1 up to 10.
Much harder this direction with reps starting high and decreasing. I also did one less round of pullup/pushup/squat previous.
