30:0465# Power cleansSubbed 20 pullups and 20 ring dips for muscle ups. Used red band to assist with ring dips.I hated this workout. Wanted to stop after 3 rounds or quit pullups. Ended up using the purple band on pullups after 5 on the 3rd round.
