Muscleups = RX'd

Although I felt like I did this fast, I was doing it with a sore neck. I had ceiling fall on my head in a fire just 1 hour prior and neck was hurting.

For reference:
30 Muscles ups = 19:50 (Monday March 16, 2009)
150 Wallballs = 8:26 (Sunday August 23, 2009)
Total time on 2 separate workouts = 28:16
