Did yesterdays WOD today!! Thanks Jen,great push.I needed that rush!! The row still kicked my butt. I couldn't seem to get passed 12 on the KB's without a poss, P/P's felt good. Legs and arms where still a bit sore from yesterdays workout I did.3 Rounds500m RW21 KB 35#'s12 Push Press 55#'s14:56
KristaToday I did:21-15-9Squat CleansPush Press8:52; 60lbs9:08; 50lbs (11/04/09)Felt good to do this workout. I ate horribly today and am not happy about it. Have actually been staying away from breads, crackers, cake, chocolate, pizza and today had two whammies; pizza and brownie!! Grrrr!!! So...did 100 sit ups too! :-)
Did yesterday's workout14:2135# KB55# Push pressPrevious: 13:36 with 50# PP. good workout. Had to put down the KB on rounds 2 and 3 @ 14. Put down weight once on push press the last round.
