Holy Cow! The first round was in about 2 minutes and then it was downhill. I could only do 1 - 2 reps each on the last round.

Cant do a HSPU to save my life, modified!! Did not time myself, tried to get form striaght. But I did my first MUSCLE UP toes tounching the ground!! I am still toasted from yesterdays WOD. Thanks Krista great job!!

My rope jumping stinks these days (yeah, I know, it's always stunk). You would think the decreasing situp reps would be good, but the next round of lunges just comes quicker.

This is a shoulder burner. Could hardly do regular pushups by the time I got there on the first round!
