I had started todays WO, was up to the first setof BJ's when I miss my first jump!!! AND I MEAN MISSED...I fell right on the stalk of Cinder Blocks then slid all the way down fell to my side and just cleared the step in the garage by a half inch with my head OMFG!!! Looks like some one took a meat cleaver and shredded my whole left bottom of my leg. I thought at that point I had broken it.I couldnt stop the bleeding. Didnt finish the WO, guess I'm not a fire breather today!!
Ouch! I almost missed one jump and was glad that I somehow saved myself. Boxjumps were difficult after the wallballs.
