Squat Snatches (60/95)
Pullups (Chest to Bar)

Squat Snatches can be performed by snatching into a squat, then up into a standing position. Then bring weight to the ground and do again. You can also do a power snatch then go into an overhead squat. Then weight needs to hit ground again.

Learn and get into a squat as you snatch the weight. It became easier for me and forces you to learn the movement in both the snatch and overhead squat.

I am still learning a squat snatch but felt like I was getting good form. I was told that my transition looked good and was smooth. This was a great workout.

2nd round felt really good. Made improvements to overhead squat (each leg 45 deg out from center). 40# next time

Very impressive Paul and Robby. Great form Jen. Thanks for the WOD.

Felt pretty good the first round with squat snatches, still need work, harder to get into squat first as I got more fatigued. Pullups were chin to bar.
