Purple band; modified hand stand push ups; 35lb KB.

Everything was pretty good. KB's were tiring and sit ups took the longest to complete...so done with burpees...thank you Jen; have a great day!

This was a great workout. Robby and I went head to head and he finished all HSPU unbroken and I was at 15 only. By the end of KB we were head to head again. I never slowed down or rested doing 31 straight pullups and all KB swings unbroken. Once at situps I was extremely nauseated. The first time feeling this way in a while. Great Workout! Next time we will try it backwards and see the difference.

It was a great workout, I didn't realize we were going up in reps till about the KB's. Felt really go after this one. Modified the Pushups by putting my toes on top of the stack of cinder blocks, did all 30 with one 3sec rest. The Pullups where the worst for me,they slowed me down still,can't quite hit the bar yet,only can do about 3 at a time. Everything else went well today.

Good workout. It did take a toll on me - felt it a few hours later at work - my body just wanted to collapse on a couch and do nothing!
