The run was the worst for me..

Hey Leslie, Great Job. Make sure if you do SDHP's for Rows to not use over 45#'s. I would prefer you to use 35#'s instead if you have it.
Also the lunges were 100M not 100 feet.

The last round of wallballs were brutal. could hardly hold on to the ball.
