Today was my first organized 10K = 55:06
Felt good, but I was quite sore from Friday's leg burner. Maybe I should take it easier before a race... Nah

Awesome job Mike! That is a 27:33 5K Pace. That is an 8:52 per mile pace and 6.76 MPH pace! Keep up the good work and stay active.

60lbs; unfortunately, I modified for the pull ups and did full (chest/chin to ground) push ups instead. Still a good workout. Finished up with 100 sit ups after.
