Krista7:33; 60lbs (previous 6:19, 50lbs, red band, 11/09/09)Have a nautilus machine in garage and did pullups on the pull down bar; more like a jumping pull up but pulled more than jumped if that makes sense. It was good. The bench is in the way so I couldn't put legs down had to squat and pull up from squatting position. It was a good way to get this one in. Thrusters were ok; only made it all the way on last round. Workouts in the morning are not my cup of tea...GORGEOUS weather! Will go for run later today too.
