100M Sandbag Run (25#/40#)
15 OH Squats (60#/95#)
15 Deadlifts (135#/225#)
15 Burpees

I want to get back to just body weight deadlifts. I see much benefit with this and the opportunity to ramp up your intensity. Therefor deadlifts should not be more than your body weight.

Robby - 17:08 Through the forth round at 8 deadlifts. (had 7 deadlifts and 15 burpees left when back gave out)

I liked this workout. My form was much better on OHS. Sandbag run wasn't too bad. DL's were hard. Dripping sweat...

Haven't done DL's in a while, form was ok; KB's and BJ's felt ok. Good workout. Ran 1 mile after but forgot to time.
