Hey all,
Haven't posted recently. I am signing in regularly to see how you all are doing. You still rock.

I've been doing a lot of running (up to 12K). It's been tough in the evenings with all the wind and pollen. I wheeze and have to stop.

Trying to be creative with the workouts. Ever tried doing "ring" dips in the bathtub. We've got a big tub and it works well. Arms on the sides with feet out front. I'll get a pullup bar someday. Still deciding on the weights.

Did a quick workout this evening... too quick. More reps next time.
