This workout felt like forever!! I think the jumprope was the worst part for me, my abs were cramping up!! Suckie on the time I think.

I don't have a heavy weight and/or KB, no BJ but could've used retaining wall at 18" decided to do different wod. Order placed for bumpers and KB!! :-)

Did this at south lake park while kids played. Used the circle retaining wall around sand pit for BJ. It seemed like 18", Problem was it is narrower platform to land on and I missed on 2nd round and my chin caught the landing, now I am bruised with pretty good gash and had difficulty finishing.

Wow, all you guys are savage. Krista! Nice! You have bumpers ordered? Sandra, that is a hard wod and to still finish after cracking your chin is what it is all about. You had to have all eyes watching you. Great job ladies. Let me know if I can help make some things for you. You can make 2 20" boxes out of 1 piece of plywood. Find someone to split it with.

Was feeling nauseous before the workout, actually felt pretty good during the workout. Got pretty sick later in the day - glad I got the workout in early!
