I forgot to mention that I got my first 30 double unders in a row. They are getting better although they are very fatiguing.

This workout looks very intresting I would like to do this one next time around!!!! Not sure how you would lift a KB separately without knocking yourself out, or would that only be me ha! ha! I got my weight BAR today Yeah!!!! Great job on your double unders Paul!!! I'm starting to forget what we all look like these days!!! I might be getting a tractor tire, sounds like fun!

KB snatches were extremely hard. Had a hard time with 18# especially with left arm. Tried 60# for regular snatches - did 5 then decreased weight to 50# - still need to work on this.
