I am not too happy with my time but seeing that I increased my wt by 20# I guess it makes me feel a little better.:)

Mendi, your time looks to be excellent. You just did RX'd weight for this workout. That is great. No only that but you increased your weight by 150% but your time only increased 128%. 60 pounds for the workout is amazing. Don't let me stop you but I might have had you use 50-55#'s instead. But now you are at RX'd weight and there is no more increasing except for the heavier workouts. Congrats again and this is awesome. Keep up the great work.

don't have a prv time, not sure where I was last time!!! This workout felt good, it was tough at first, but by the time I got to the 6th RD, it was much easier!!! I think I impressed myself!!
If I had my Bumpers I would of used 60#'s, the steel plates just don't cut it, when u can't touch the ground!

I have to say the burpees were the worst part of that workout. Maybe not quite as bad as I remember.
