Don't have my bar yet,mayb Monday. Not sure if u can use Bumbbells for todays workout!! I ran this morning instead!!

Uh, not sure why the time was soooo BAD...but, I felt good on my runs and guess maybe I focused too much on my squats; wanted to get a good deep squat...swimsuit season is right around the corner...lol!!!!
