30 Knees to Elbows on rings
10 Snatches (80#/135#)
5 Muscle-Ups
200m Weighted Run (25#/40# sandbag)

1 muscle up = 4 pullups/4 ring dips
Use anything you have for the weighted run (dumbells or weight vest)

I will be doing a morning workout. Meet at 7:45AM if interested. I need to make-up Thursday's WOD, so may do that one instead.

Tough, tough workout. Wow! Muscle ups were hard but managed not to fail any of them. Snatched with 135# were brutal and most I got in a row was 3. This will make you focus on correct form and get way under the bar into a squat.

Was feeling nauseous before the workout, actually felt pretty good during the workout. Got pretty sick later in the day - glad I got the workout in early!
