Felt good and steady. Aleays hard though, especially after doing thrusters almost every day for the past 2 weeks.

This workout was brutal again to do with Dumbbells, it very hard to say straight. Great for the core though!! I have to invest in a bar real soon, and I don't mean a wet bar ha! ha!
